Twenty-six years ago, Hanna Prezelj came into this world. Hanna grew up in Ohio. She spent most of her time with her Babcia and Dziadu. When she was eight, she had the opportunity to travel to Rzeszow, Poland, her grandparents’ home land. Her Dziadu was fond of photography and took her to the places that meant everything to him. This inspired her love for world travels.

Later in life at the age of fourteen, she had the opportunity to go back to Europe with her mother. This time with a camera that her grandfather had given her. She took photos of the streets in Paris, Amsterdam, and Swizerland. She created books for the fellow couples that were on the trip with her. This intrigued her to travel and create even more.

When she got home, she purchased her first camera a Sony Alpha 6300. In 2019 she went on a Mediterranean cruise with a group of friends. She took away so much from this trip she got the map of the world tattooed on her back. Hanna has always had a camera with her since then, In 2020, she opened her own company, PhotosByPeeks, LLC. She has photographed families, events, corporate headshots, and food for the last three years as a freelancer. One of her most thrilling jobs was traveling to Vieques, Puerto Rico to photograph a wedding.

Still wanting more, she took a road trip up the east coast to Maine. Along the way she stopped at many parks and forests. One of her favorites being the top of Mount Washington pictured above. After enjoying many blissful mornings in the mountains Hanna decided to purchase her second camera, a Sony Alpha R IV. Not long after returning home, she went on a bucket list road trip from her driveway in Ohio all the way to Key West. Crying tears of joy and singing her heart out over the seven mile bridge. She spent her days riding her bike to catch the sunrise, walking different directions to see what was around each corner, enjoying the food, and soaking up the sunsets.

She graduated in 2022 with an Applied Business Degree. Her worldwide travel experience guides a new perspective through the lens. She has a focus on family and food photography. However, Hanna is not one to shy away from a challenge. Whether it be a surprise proposal, to a grad’s smile of accomplishment, to welcoming home a new part of the family, she will be there to make your vision come to life.
